Order confirmation
1.Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

2.Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service or via our contact us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Can I cancel or change my orders?
Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not possible after the order has shipped.
How to store / maintain my jewelry
Be careful to avoid extreme humidity or heat and put in a dark, cool and dry place.
How do I track the status of my order?
Please visit the order confirmation page included in your email order confirmation.
My itim is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
Take a picture about item and contact us, we will solve this problem ASAP.
My package tracking information is showing that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?
1. Sometimes USPS and UPS mark packages as delivered a day or two before they are. Please wait patiently for 2 more days.

2. Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received.

3. We also recommend that you check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot.

4. If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

5. Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number  and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.

6. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number and shipping address, and we will be here to help.
Why didn't my tracking number show any updates?
The tracking number of your order will be sent soon. If you receive a tracking number, it means your package is in transit. We will be happy to confirm your order. Please contact us .
How long after ordering is my order shipped?
We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days.
What about customs fees/taxes?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
About resend or refund
1. Since our product is not a functional product, unless the product is damaged or the wrong product is received, no refund will be negotiated, please consider carefully before purchasing.

2. Please contact us within 30 days if there is a problem with the product, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
